CHEESE BUDS® PARMESAN EX (38310) is a kosher and halal certified cheese concentrate with a strong parmesan profile; natural parmesan cheese flavour enhancer prepared from cultured and enzyme modified cheese spray dried with whey solids and maltodextrin. Potential uses: enhance cheese flavour and/or reduce cheese solids level in: sauces, spreads, soups, snack seasonings, baked and extruded snacks, pasteurized processed cheese products and bakery. Usage level: 0.10 - 1.0% of total batch weight.
