CHEESE BUDS® CHEDDAR EX (38309) is a kosher and halal certified cheese concentrate with a strong cheddar profile; Natural cheddar cheese flavour enhancer prepared from cultured and enzyme modified cheese spray dried with whey solids and maltodextrin. Potential uses: enhance cheese flavour and/or reduce cheese solids level in: sauces, spreads, soups, snack seasonings, baked and extruded snacks, pasteurized processed cheese products and bakery. Usage level: 0.1 - 1.0% of total batch weight.
