CESAGUM® T8E is a kosher and halal certified locust bean gum derived from endosperm of the seed of the carob tree used as a multi-purpose thickening agent (suggested for applications where high economy is important and viscosity and quantity of specks are secondary). Appearance: powder with high specks content.
