CAVAMAX® is the trade name for cyclodextrins from WACKER. It is the only company in the world to manufacture all three naturally occurring cyclodextrins – α, β and γ (CAVAMAX® W6, W7 and W8). CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins have unique properties resulting in a wide range of functionalities, such as stabilization, rheology control, masking of bitterness or increasing bioavailability and much more. This paves the way for innovative food, pharma and industrial applications.
