ORGANIC CREAM PLUS® (66871) is produced by liberating the fatty acids in fresh organic cream, then encapsulating into a water soluble powder by spray drying with organic maltodextrin. One pound/kilo yields the flavour strength of approximately 80 pounds/kilos of cream. No colour or preservatives added. Add dairy richness/mask off flavours in ice cream, ice milk, yogurt, dairy blends, icings, confectionery, dessert mixes, coffee whiteners, nutritional beverages and bakery. Usage level: 0.25 - 1.0% of total batch weight.
