BUTTER BUDS® 8X NON DAIRY (49380) is a butter concentrate on a maltodextrin carrier. Potential uses: A non dairy substitute for butter, margarine or artificial flavours. Enhances products in which butter was not used, due to cost restrictions; adds dairy richness to sauces, bakery mixes, seasonings and beverages. Usage level: 1.0 - 4.0% of total batch weight.
