Bake stable neutral fillings (cream) ready to use. Easy to disperse, low shear activation, high viscosity. Can be used in example cream cheese to give bake-stability.. AVICEL® GP 7210 provides in combination with modified starch, excellent bake stability with a short and pumpable texture in the final fruit filling. Low viscosity, low dosage, innovative and cost effective. AVICEL® GP 7210 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified.
