AVICEL® GP 2313 is a cellulose based stabilizer composed of microcrystalline cellulose (Cellulose gel) (E460) powder (Cellulose gel) (E460), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Cellulose gum) (E466). AVICEL® GP 2313 is designed for ready to eat drink chocolate milk and Bake stable fillings and UHT shelf-stable neutral PB beverages. AVICEL® GP 2313 provides a creamy texture.
