AVICEL® AC 4125 is a cellulose based stabilizer composed of Microcrystalline cellulose (Cellulose gel) (E460), sodium alginate (E401), calcium chloride (E509)*. *Calcium chloride is used as a carrier. AVICEL® AC 4125 is designed for Dry mix chocolate mousse application. AVICEL® AC 4125 is GMO free, Halal and Kosher certified.
