Socal P2 is a fine precipitated calcium carbonate. It is a very fine, white and odourless powder with unique crystal size and shape. Socal P2 provides a combination of brightness and opacity performance to emulsion paints. It serves to reduce sheen and improve wet scrub resistance. TiO2 can be reduced by keeping the same or providing a better paint performance.
