Socal® 312 is an ultrafine, surface treated precipitated calcium carbonate. It is used in a variety of different sealants, adhesives and plastisol applications. It gives excellent control of rheological properties such as yield value, viscosity and anti-slump behavior. It also contributes to improved physical properties and acts as a reinforcing agent as well as improving processing properties. It is a highly effective flow aid and limits compaction problems of powders.
