Film-forming polymer used in sunscreens to provide waterproofing and water resistance. It is a 100% active liquid and it is dispersible in most organic UV absorbers and emollients. It can also be used in color cosmetics (lipsticks, mascara, foundations) to provide transfer resistance. It can be used for suncreens and all suncare products, lipsticks, mascara, and foundations.
