Elastomer dispersions available in a variety of carriers including dimethicones, synthetically and naturally derived hydrocarbons. Selection of different carriers allows for formulating flexibility and control. Materials can be customized upon request to provide specific project solutions. Can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions, dispersions and anhydrous systems. Applications include (but are not limited to) skincare, color cosmetic, sun care and hair care formulations. Add to the oil phase of all formula types
