EMPIPHOS O3 D, Oleth-3 Phosphate. is a mixture of the phosphoric acid esters of ethoxylated oleyl alcohol. This product can be used to provide a variety of functions in diverse applications. It is an excellent emulsifier and stable over a wide range of pH. It also has a conditioning effect but is compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, unlike more typical cationic conditioners, and this makes it ideal for addition to certain cosmetic products, such as shampoos.
