ADCOTE™ 37 R 345-PS E Heat Seal Coating is a water based dispersion that is based on high molecular weight ethylene interpolymers. When properly applied, it will produce a porous, gas sterilizable coating for spunbonded polyolefin and sterilizable paper. ADCOTE™ 37 R 345-PS E Heat Seal Coating is formulated to seal to polystyrene, vinyl, polymer or the polyethylene side of a polyester film/polyethylene laminate. It exhibits good opacity, block resistance and porosity. Itis suitable for use as a heat seal coating for medical packaging and other peelable lidding applications. It may be compounded in order to produce other functional coatings. High web temperatures will severely reduce the porosity of the coating.
