MATS L CLASSIC is a kosher and halal certified enzyme preparation for food use containing thermostable bacterial a-amylase (a-amylase)derived from a selected strain of Bacillus licheniformis. It ensures effective starch liquefaction (beer) when using adjuncts with a high gelatinization temperature, such as corn, maize, rice, sorghum and cassava and contributes to improved extract yield. Standardised acitivity: > 7400 TAU/g. The producing micro-organism is of non-GM origin. Suitable for vegetarians.
